Vacations Close To Poinsettia Park

Leticia at the front desk made this stay a 5-star experience. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and positive, and her excellent customer service really stood out!!! The room was clean, the view at top floor was worth it, and the shower was great!!! I was a little hesitant when I first saw the parking lot of the hotel, but the room made up for it. I also appreciated having a safe in the room. The bed could be more comfortable and the Wi-Fi needs improvement, but for the price, it was a GREAT value. Honestly, I would stay here again. Staff was amazing. Rooms were comfortable. Only reason why i can’t give a 5 star review is because the TV didn’t really work. After a long day it would be nice to come back to a tv that has working channels instead of choppy signal or just not loading at all.

I was in the second floor and could see homeless people from my window, but for the price and amenities it made up for it 100%, I highly recommend. Lobby is beautiful, check in is so easy, there was a bath!
