Beautiful, comfortable rooms with cold AC and the best breakfast we had in Italy. Has to be the best place to stay in all of Rocca San Giovanni.”

Unfortunately, the main issue was the cleanliness standard of the room. I woke up with many small red, itchy spots on my body that I did not have before my stay. I only fully realised the extent of it the following morning, and I am concerned they may have been caused by bed bugs. “Empiezo por lo bueno, la habitación grande y las camas también y súper limpio! Las cosas no tan buenas... El desayuno bastante pobre, eso si, el café estaba rico. El fondo de la piscina estaba como despegado. Aunque el paisaje súper bonito, a la casa (que también tiene potencial) le hace falta mantenimiento. He helped bring our luggages to our room, booked dinner reservations and even dropped of a bottle of their wine to our room. The property was very clean and the breakfast had a very good spread.
