TV remote does not change channels well. got new remote and it was marginally better. there is a huge lag before channel changes, sometimes it does not change till you do it twice or thrice. TV was a little annoying the way it worked.

The elevators were a bit slow and I had to ask for towels anytime I needed towel towels and I had to ask for made service if I needed my room cleaned. Other than that checking in was so easy and very fast getting my reward card was really good and using it throughout all the properties was wonderful. The location was fantastic. The Mile Mall connected to. It was very convenient and wonderful. Just can’t say enough about the location and accessibility of the property.

Breakfast was well drilled and staff fabulous. Had an issue checking in but was quickly resolved. Would like some more bathroom amenities- like shower cap, etc but other than that - perfect hotel and location. Stayed on the 47th floor and was so quiet - couldn’t hear other guests or outside noise. Lobby can get very busy and crowded when coming and going.
