Vacations Close To Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau

I was unhappy with the check-in and check-out process. I checked-in to the hotel at 6:30pm and no one was at the front desk. There was a sign and phone # to contact. I contacted the number and was told someone would be right there. I waited 30 minutes in the lobby for someone to finally come to the desk. The lobby had a mildew smell and caution tape in the area. After finally checking in the room was decent no issue with anything we only stayed 1 night. Upon check out the next morning again no one was at the front desk. The sign was there to call if you needed help. The were about 6-7 hotel cards laying there because people were checking out and no one was there at the front desk. Not family- friendly and will not stay there again.

Clean room, plenty of parking, and restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

The only drawback was the car noise during the night. My stay was fine.
