I like how quiet it is in my room. Hotel is across from the mall

the refrigerator did not work & the furniture had not been dusted in Lord knows how long!

The bedrooms were a good size, the living room was nice, and the air conditioning worked very well in all three rooms, the internet worked flawlessly. The only thing that was less than great is that the bathroom was extremely narrow, and the kitchenette area was also a bit hard to use. But I would definitely stay here again if I were in the neighborhood.

I love the property and the location. I attended a wedding reception which was 10 minutes away and this was fantastic. The property was clean, the people were nice and friendly and the location was quiet. I will return.

The overall room was neat and clean. I wasn’t too happy with the bathroom. I could see the bare floor when I opened the bathroom cabinets under the sink, and it was littered. Seemed as if the cabinet was being replaced or repaired. The Bathroom did not have a hair dryer and the disposable coffee cups near the coffee maker seemed to be wrinkled. I would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water.

My room was very clean,cozy& comfortable!!!

Had some ants in room. Couldn’t get the same channel in room to watch Nascar but could if I sat at bar. The cost was high but I was displaced due to Ida so was stuck

I frequently stay at The Madison Hotel and it never disappoints. The rooms are appointed nicely. The restaurants Rods and The Red Dog both great. Staff is professional and courteous. Location is convenient just a very nice experience
