Vacations Close To Plaza de la Cultura

El lugar estuvo increíble nos encantó el personal muy amables y lugar muy limpio

This hotel was small but clean and very nice. I was traveling with my husband, but booked a room with 2 queen beds as we were there to visit my daughter and wanted to have the option to let her stay with us in the downtown area if she did not feel like driving home. We ended up booking a scuba trip that required us to leave the hotel at 7 am the third day we were there and she spent the night with us the night before to be able to come with us in the morning. When we returned we were told that there would be a charge due to a 3rd person in the room (in a room that had capacity for 4). We were not signed up for included amenities that would be based on 2 people vs 3 such as breakfast, we did not ask for extra towels or an extra bed or cot, there was no additional housekeeping needed, etc. We were told it was the policy of the hotel to charge by the person rather than the room. The whole experience put a sour taste in my mouth in an otherwise nice stay.

Such a beautiful property! The staff was absolutely amazing; Rebecca at the front desk was incredibly helpful. I was traveling with my sister and son, and she told us about a Mexico vs. USA baseball game that turned out to be an amazing experience. The chef also personally greeted us, which was a wonderful touch. I was a bit disappointed that we couldn't try the food due to our busy itinerary, but I definitely plan to come back and spend a full day at the spa. Other than that, the property is incredibly welcoming and relaxing.

Absolutely one of the best hotels in Merida, Mexico. This boutique hotel has only a few well designed rooms / suites surrounding a beautiful courtyard. Its service-first approach is one of the best I've experienced during my many travels. If visiting Merida, this should be near the top of your list.
