Do not stay here pictures not as shown. AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE BAIT AND SWITCH NOT AS ADVERTISE. And Expedia nor the hotel will compensate.

The check-in process wasn’t the best. I purchased a junior suite with Ocean view and a balcony, when I first checked in, they placed me in a room with Ocean view, but no balcony, I went downstairs and advised them they showed me another room, which had a balcony but was not Ocean view, my friend and I had to wait about 30 minutes for them to show us a third room which ultimately had the balcony and Ocean view. I didn’t like that they were trying to be slick and provide me with a room that did not fulfill all of the requirements of my purchase. But once I brought it to their attention, they accommodated us pretty well, the AC wasn’t working, but I also brought that up and they had a technician come and fix it before my dinner was done. They had it up and running, which was great. I loved that the room service staff fully stocked the fridges every morning and made the beds.

One of the best hotels in the area! Highly recommended
