Vacations Close To Colon Lighthouse and Museum

Great Vibe!

I waited over 1 hr near the door and no one came to the door or answered my WhatsApp text. They finally messaged me after I was 45 min away staying they was traveling or something like that. I've stayed here 2 times prior. And I had 2 minor issues. They took a while the last time to respond back but I was only waiting for about 15 min to get in. Previously someone was at the counter. Not these last 2 times. They also attempted to put me on a room that was a lower accommodation than I booked. I'm understand and they corrected it. I hate this place put a sour taste in my mouth because its right on the beach. Lastly, they did not refund the money to expedia which was the right thing to do. Only offered a massage. Are you serious? You think I'll be lured by a massage? Get it together! Maybe on a few years I'll try again, I don't suggest this property for now.

This place is pretty on the exterior and horrible once you get inside the rooms. I going roaches, mice droppings on the bed and they put me in the wrong room. I check in to the correct room there’s piss in the toilet trash in the garbages. My experience was terrible I left within the first 45 mins of my stay. I was so uncomfortable I did not want to sleep in an unsanitary place like that. Everything was run down. At check in the lady was nice but not the least bit surprised. Didn’t even offer a refund or someone above her I could speak to.

Excellent experience ! Will come back
