Very Disappointing Experience
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The customer service was very poor, and there was a noticeable lack of attention from the staff. The food was also not good.
When we arrived, the room was not properly cleaned. The tables were dirty, and the bathroom was also dirty. Throughout our entire stay, the tables were never cleaned and remained in the same condition.
Cleanliness and good customer service are very important when staying at a hotel, and unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations. I would not stay here again, and based on my experience, I cannot recommend it.
