“It was amazing. Nicest and most helpful personal I have ever met and I travel a lot for work. The room with the view Road the harbor was just fabulous. The smoothies where delicious and fantastic to cool down on the pool terrace. Amazing selection at the breakfast, they split it in 2 areas. I recommend also asking the Bell Boys for the ATV adventure (Family or single), bring sunglasses and extra clothing. Best stay I have ever had at an Hotel. Thank you”

“We overall enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but we do have two examples of really bad customer service. 1. we asked in the reception for a price to go to Utapoa airport, after showing the person the exact position on google maps, he said that the price would be 500 Bath. Next day when we were ordering the taxi, the price was 1000 bath, and the excuse was that the person had misunderstood where we were going…!
