Wonderful staff and service. The room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was great, no hot, noisy unit on the balcony which was large enough to enjoy the amazing view of Pattaya Bay. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant food was first class and reasonably priced. Looking forward to staying here again.

This hotel chain has proven itself in the best possible way. Last year I stayed at one of their hotels in Krabi — the vacation was wonderful. This hotel is by no means inferior and, in some respects, even has an advantage: an excellent location in the city center, close to major shopping malls and the best restaurants. Good breakfasts and four stunning pools made the stay unforgettable. I was so impressed that I plan to celebrate the New Year 2027 in this hotel.

We love the location and we even have stayed at Terminal 21 and space hotel but this one is right on the beach. For my daughter which is 7 she liked the space hotel but over all we loved the staff and property and rooms were nice as well

Wonderful view, relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, beach was nice in the morning for walking in the sand, but full of shells and rocks in the evening with low tide. Several pools for adults and children. They were cleaned each morning. Close enough to the Songkran water festival but far enough away to keep dry. This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Pattaya.

The people were amazing as with most places in Thailand. I think what makes this place. The most special are the grounds and location. Built in a different era when there was space, No fighting for lounge chairs. Food and restaurants also great.
