I will say the pool was beautiful, and the architectural design of the resort is amazing. But, there were bugs in our room. The resort staff who pick you up on the golf cart and take you to your room were very prejudice towards white people. Most of them would only pick you up if you speak Spanish. It was just blatant racism. Also, when I complained about the bugs in my room all they did was take the resort fees off for one night. Also all of the pool chairs have bird poop on them. I feel like there is a lot of aspects where they can improve on to make the resort more enjoyable.

All in all a beautiful and pleasant stay at Condado Vanderbilt Hotel! Amazing staff and the vibe was definitely lux! Will be returning back to this property someday!
