Vacations Close To Puntarenas Beach

⭐⭐ Nuestra estadía en este hotel fue bastante decepcionante, especialmente considerando que pagamos más de $900 por cuatro noches. Desde el primer día tuvimos problemas con la habitación. Por la zona de la taza del baño se escuchaba constantemente un ruido fuerte, como si estuviera entrando aire, lo que hacía muy difícil dormir por las noches. Además, donde estaba instalado el aire acondicionado había un hueco en la pared cubierto de manera muy improvisada con una tabla rota. El baño también dejaba mucho que desear. El lavamanos estaba quebrado, la taza del baño se veía vieja y manchada, y la bañadera de cristal no tenía una protección adecuada para evitar que el agua saliera hacia el resto del baño. Cada vez que nos bañábamos, el agua terminaba en el área del inodoro y el lavamanos, y teníamos que poner toallas en el piso para intentar contenerla. Lo peor fue el jacuzzi, por el cual elegimos esta habitación. El primer día, al intentar utilizarlo, el tapón se hundió y se rompió. Lo repararon, pero posteriormente descubrimos que no había agua caliente, por lo que prácticamente no pudimos disfrutar del jacuzzi durante nuestra estadía. Toda la habitación tenía un fuerte olor a humedad, incluyendo las sábanas. Las sábanas tampoco parecían ser cambiadas adecuadamente; simplemente las tendían nuevamente y continuaban con el mismo olor desagradable. Para ser justos, el desayuno sí estaba bueno y fue una de las pocas cosas que disfrutamos durante nuestra estadía.

If you want ultimate rainforest luxury and top level service you should stay here. Not to be missed. Raft in and out via the Pacuare river and be completely enveloped by the forest and river in the middle of nowhere while having high level meals breakfast, lunch and dinner, incredible adventure programs like zip lining through the canopy and repelling down little waterfall. Seriously. 1000% The food was top tier. The service was thoughtful and personal. The staff is amazing. And they have great wifi. In the middle of nowhere. Deep jungle. The rafting is world class. I had a Linda vista villa and it was an absurd amount of space and privacy with a personal plunge pool. Come back from dinner and your lights are on, fan going and curtains drawn. Seriously, stay here. I'm coming back again someday.

Me encanto la temperatura de la piscina, la comida, la cercanía de la playaHay que mejorar infraestructura, y limpieza. Para ser un todo incluido el costo es alto vs condiciones . Hay que modernizar. Y mejorar la limpieza en piscina, dispensador de de agua.

The staff was amazing! Like unbelievably amazing! Greeted at the dock, luggage taken care of, greeted with fresh watermelon juice, chef cooked such delicious meals (dessert included), housekeeping cleaned 2-3 times a day, cooper hooked us up with tours, everything was great and relaxing. 3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute walk to the national park, 5 minute walk to the village.
