The hotel was beautiful, clean and well maintained.. Unfortunately, the service was just average.
Some of the staff at the reception area came across as very pushy and inconsiderate which made us feel uncomfortable. At the restaurants, we also felt rushed while eating. The waiters and waitresses seemed impatient for us to finish our meals rather than allowing us to enjoy our dining experience at a relaxed pace.
Overall , the hotel itself was lovely, but the service could be much more welcoming, attentive and respectful of guests time, comfort and dining experience.

Staff didn’t really explain to much about the resort and they negotiated a price with customers next to us for a better deal on there room than we got in Spanish. Seemed the more Spanish you spoke the better you were treated.
