Vacations Close To Escondido Beach

Nourriture très basique même dans les spécialités et le staff n’arrêtais pas de nous arrêter pour parler de l’option pour devenir membre c'était très désagréable.Tout le reste était très bien.

We had to incidents, first the bathroom flooded and then one morning we didn't have electricity. But I was more unhappy about the bracelets, it got lost in my own room and I had to pay $100.00.

We had a fantastic stay at Riu Palace Riviera Maya! The food was genuinely better than average for an all-inclusive — lots of variety across the restaurants, everything was fresh and well-prepared, and we never felt like we were settling for "resort food." The property itself was immaculate; the grounds and rooms were clean and well-maintained throughout our entire stay. The staff went above and beyond at every turn — friendly, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed, which made the whole trip feel effortless. We also upgraded to the Elite Club, and it was absolutely worth it — the added perks and service level elevated the whole experience. Overall a beautiful resort with great food, a clean and well-run property, and staff that made us feel taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend for anyone considering the Riviera Maya!

This was our second time at Catalonia. We had a wonderful vacation. Only thing we weren’t aware of was the change in the mini bar. The only alcohol available in the room is beer. Staff and services were great.
