Place is overall clean and well maintained, but food wise not enough selection. Need better steak house seating due to very very limited on how many people can reserve to eat there. Only allow 80 people per day. Such a big resort and a lot of people. Good luck on eating steak. A lot of activities to do at the resort but no transportation to get to the city like bus except for taxis but they try to short change. Nice overall but very limited on things to do there.

Food was mediocre, typical resort food. Not buffet style so you have to ask for everything. Rooms below average design n vibe, it was giving dated. Not so family friendly regarding activities. Small lobby, nothing for kids to do outside of the swimming pool, making evenings challenging when pool is closed. Only 2 guest elevators for the whole property, long lines to get to and from the room. Location is okay, safe and about 15 minutes to central/malecon. Staff friendly after tips. Overall I’d say it was basic. Wouldn’t go back or recommend. Didn’t hate it just used to higher end experiences.
