We had an amazing stay! The service was excellent from start to finish, and the hotel offers great value for families. There was always something to keep the kids entertained, which made the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing for us as parents. A very special shout-out to **Mr. Alfonso at reception**, who was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional. Also, a huge thank you to **Miss Luz at the towels station** for always being so kind and friendly. Their attention to detail and warm service truly made a difference. Incredible hotel, incredible beach. Incredible staff. Exquisite food and top of the line drinks for those who are looking for it. Worth every penny. Just a small suggestion. Would be nice a golf cart in the lobby to go back and forth to the parking lot on the summer season. It gets very hot and humid and would be greatly appreciated for those who are not used to it. I enjoyed my first all girls getaway with my two daughters at this most amazing resort. Everything was completely over the top excellent!! Exceptional service, all the staff was so warm, genuine and truly so incredible. The facilities were absolutely beautiful. The food was so absolutely exceptional for quality & variety every single day! Located right on a beautiful beach, truly a gorgeous resort. I will now be a RIU girl for life!! Already counting the seconds until I can go back with my girls!!

The property was fantastic. Clean and looking very new. The restaurants were very accommodating and tasty. I do prefer being able to make reservations but the waiting wasn't terrible and there are plenty of things to do while you wait. The entertainment staff were great with the kids and adults and provided great activities, especially Alejandro. Would definitely return for a family vacation!
