The property was nice and the rooms were clean. Therefor the cleaning and maintenance staff was good.
The breakdown was in the front office staff they were not helpful even when issues had to be escalated to management. Requests were granted and then they did not follow through to the point we lost a full 1/2 day in Las Vegas. I am not sure if it was due to poor management or the fact they still used note books and did not have the resort fully digital. I cannot recommend this resort.
