I will go there again it was very nice and cool

The hotel is nice and a little too busy but we did enjoy the room. The bed was comfortable and room clean. The only thing is that my “self” check in didn’t work for me. Tried reaching out to hotel and wasn’t helpful. So then we had to wait in line for 45 min to check in. It still took this long with 6 employees working. It seemed to me that they had no sense of urgency.

Nos gustó mucho la habitación muy amplia y muy limpias sobretodo (diario hacían limpieza) y las instalaciones dld hotel también limpias y todo funcionaba al 100, le agradezco a una de las recepcionista llamada BIANKA que hablaba español y fue muy agradable conmigo, me apoyó mucho en las dudas que tenia en relación al tesort fee. En general todo el personal muy agradable. Lo recomiendo mucho y si vuelvo a ir a las vegas, no dudaré en volverme hospedar en el PLANET HOLLYWOOD que dicho sea de paso tiene una excelente ubicación.

MGM grand was very clean and well presented. My main beef with it was the lack of complimentary coffee and no cups in the rooms. One has the impression the entire experience was to encourage spending within the hotel.
