“My partner and me stayed during the first horrible heatwave in June, to get some respite in the AC that was featured in the amenities of the property. Not only was there AC in the room, but also in the pub/restaurant area! It was absolutely delightful - we struggled leaving! The staff were so friendly and attentive; nothing was too much trouble. “Room was impeccably clean, staff were welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and quality food. Parking was easy to find, and there was lots of room! It was nice to walk around the village, there was so much to see and shorts walks got you seeing so much!”

“Great rural location (i am not a golfer), really nice room, clean and comfortable and reasonably stylish. Only let downs were; paper thin walls so could hear quiet conversations in the adjacent rooms, and a noisy shower (neighbour showered at 1am!). it was a heatwave; room fans were provided but it would have been good to fully ventilate the rooms. Due to work commitments i had to leave before breakfast so can't comment on that.”
