Charged three times for parking - I didn’t even have a car, and for breakfast I didn’t have!!!
Check your final bill closely at Voco hotel in Sarasota. The female staff member charged my room for parking 3 separate times, despite the fact that I did not travel with a vehicle. She also mistakenly (or carelessly) charged my room for a breakfast that I did not have.
Please review your billing accuracy and train staff to verify room numbers properly before applying charges

Breakfast was a big disappointment. I saw mold on pastries and bagels. When I told the staff in the kitchen, they just said let me check the batch. Thats it. From the next day, I just skipped bakery items.
