“Nice place to stay! I wasn’t a big fan of the wheels on the beds. The breaks didn’t work and my bed moved around. At night there are lots of cockroaches on the streets near the hotel. Staff was very nice but very few speak English. I arrived late at night and had trouble getting my room as there was no one at the front desk and I couldn’t talk to the person on the phone since they only spoke Thai.”

“Great hotel in Phitsanulok. The Manager Jaeb is incredible. Greeted us upon arrival & sent us off when we left. The rooms are excellent. Spacious & comfortable. The pool is great. Went every day it was nice out. The breakfast was also great & was included in my room. We had dinner twice from Room Service & it was really great. The fried rice/Khao Pot is the best I've had in Thailand & I highly recommend eating this alot. If you come to Phitsananolok, I would definitely come to this hotel. Jaeb...

“Rattana Park Hotel was good value, with a clean spacious room. New fluffy white towels and crisp white sheets. Good hot water in the shower which some hotels lack. Would recommend for a overnight stay and would stay again myself”
