I had a lovely time at this place. The staff were friendly when I needed assistance (it's all virtual), the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was good. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend!

It was a good place to be, especially as people who really just needed a place to sleep and relax in at night after running around all day. It was nice and quiet, very close the zoo, which was very nice, and pretty comfortable. We had some mild issues with getting the Internet to connect to our phones, but communication was easy and quick enough to sort out any issues we ran into.

The room was nice and clean, and I appreciated being allowed to check in about 20 minutes early since I was already there. That said, I was really disappointed by a few policies and how issues were handled during my stay. The policy of not providing extra towels unless I paid additional fees was frustrating especially since there was no washer in the unit, and I was not allowed to use the washer located right outside the door. For a 5-day stay, that felt unreasonable. More importantly, during my stay there was a weather warning and the unit was extremely cold because the heat did not work properly. I reached out multiple times, but I kept being asked for the “exact problem,” even though I repeatedly explained that the heater wasn’t working and the apartment was freezing. The only response I received was that the team would be informed, but the issue was never resolved. I ended up getting sick with a sore throat and fever, and the bedding provided also wasn’t warm enough for the conditions. Overall, while the place was clean, the guest support and problem-solving were not up to a basic hosting standard. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve how you handle essential needs like heat and longer-stay supplies like towels, because this experience was not acceptable.

Thank you for the hospitality during my stay, and I enjoyed Philedelphia more because of the facilities you provided. I would say the hotel is fantastic and ecnomical. One thing you can improve is that the wifi here is not very stable, though it does not influence my stay.

Already a fan favorite hotel! This was my second stay and I absolutely enjoyed the comfort of having an entire apartment for me and my guest. Gas station and water ice directly across the street open until 11. (Not sure what time gas station closes);Convenient location. Can't wait to return!

The apartment was clean and affordable. I should have researched the area first. There was a lot of noise below us and every night there was a fight or yelling on the street. It did make us nervous and hard to sleep.

Cozy and clean apartment style unit. There is a refundable deposit that's required prior to receiving check in instructions which I wasn't aware of at first but then saw in the messages I received from the property. Overall a good stay!

Clean and affordable no frills apartment. Pictures and listing was accurate. Instructions made the unit easy to find, but would’ve benefited from a building number and unit numbers. Neighborhood was as expected for West Philly. Quiet at night and felt safe to walk around during the day. The building was clean and quiet. Spacious unit, comfortable bedding, convenient to shops to pick up food and essentials. The space was clean and got great sunlight. A few more basic essentials would’ve been nice. Had to buy body wash, wash cloths, cooking oil, ice tray, aluminum foil and a frying pan. Was a good value for the price and the essential items were easy to pick up in the neighborhood. Free street parking was easy to find. Would stay here again!

The apartment is on the 2nd floor, in a nicely refurbished duplex, on a main street. The rooms are all a nice size. The refrigerator works well and is larger than a standard mini/dorm-sized fridge. The owner communicates well.

It looks just like it does in the pictures. The bed was huge! We wanted to cook and eat there, and there was plenty of cookware and stuff ready to go! Not to mention tv in the living and bedroom. The building was quiet at night.

The property is exactly as advertised. Very well kept, secure, and clean. There is street parking around the property, it can be a bit tricky to get a spot sometimes, but if you drive down the side streets you can get a spot. The neighborhood is quite run down
