“No opening windows for fresh air. The layout was odd, a broken work desk was placed in front of premium views. Views from other areas of the room were blocked by the desk. Limited to no cutlery were available. No bags were available for sanitary items. No parking was available at the hotel.”

“Great location , easy walking distance from Perth Station and down to Elizabeth Quay. Free CAT Bus from right outside the hotel too. Great rooms, great bar and great cafe.”

“- After house check in very average: the call button to reception is not visible, nor is there a direct line of site the reception desk - so had to wait awhile - Room service has very limited hours - No mini bar available - which should be standard for the price of the room - No iron/ironing board in room - had to use the hotel app to get one delivered - Lovely room but not a fan of the ensuite door/toilet being right next to the bed”

“One of the most derelict hotel rooms I have seen in a very long time. Rubbish in the hallways, self check-in…etc. Not the kind of hotel you expect paying almost 200€ per night. Hard to believe the good rating it has. Extremely overpriced for you get. ”
