Vacations Close To Perry Street Towers

I stayed in the Bridge terrace room for 2 nights. Here are my pros and cons. Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and by the seaport. If you get a room with the terrace facing the bridge, you’ll have an amazing view. Cons: The hotel itself, unfortunately, is not a 5 star hotel as listed on google. It’s barely a 4 star, if at all. Everything is showing wear and tear. From the elevators, hallways, and especially the rooms. The room itself had a lot of issues. Cracked and damaged ceilings in the bathroom. Insect stains/parts on the walls. Hair (not mine) on the shower head. Coffee beans on the carpet floor. Cigarette butts on the terrace. Needless to say housekeeping needs to do a better job. Broken bathroom door lock. I can go on with the cons, but these were the first things I noticed within the first few minutes. Obviously there is a cost to a refresh renovation, but this hotel definitely needs it.

It's well located, staff is good. NY is expensive and it's a decent place. Improvement is required on maintenance, door and shower were rusty and not working properly.

Very spacious!! The only negative bed is hard

First avoid room #219. The one window in the room faced the remnants of a construction site on an attached roof. Several feet from the window was a huge exhaust fan , which covered the window with dirt. Avoid a long-term stay. Only 3 salad plates , no dinner plates were provided. Contrary to the marketing pdf there was no air mattress And One Grove ignored my repeated requests to rectify

Great hotel for price and location. The only problem we had was poor room internet. Room was clean and a bit dated but great location. Overall good value. They need to improve internet.
