“El hotel parece que acaba de ser renovado ya que en general se veía nuevo. La comida del restaurante es un poco cara y no muy buena. El hotel está lejos de las zonas más turísticas como el centro y el canal de amor. El personal de la recepción fue muy amable y servicial.”

“Excellent hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Definitely would stay here again. My only disappointment was the hotel spa which doesn't belong to hotel but is onsite and offer services whilst you are at pool. I booked 2 treatments and they asked for payment upfront (whilst booking you in while you are relaxing at pool). Unfortunately I went for my treatments and they only did one, claiming I hadn't got them both booked - even though I gave the receipt to spa manager and was fully paid. They...
