“Excellent place to stay. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Cosy bedroom, comfy beds. All very clean. The food was tasty. We enjoyed an evening meal and breakfasts.”

“If you stay in the hotel itself please be aware that very loud music is played in the bar area downstairs right below your the bedrooms, this will continue till 11.30/12pm you cannot have early night. The bedroom was very nice, clean, well maintained and very comfortable beds. Are room was a twin, 2 steps down into the bathroom, shower over the bath, very small bath, could not get cold water from the bath taps so used the shower head one. Breakfast is a strange affair, Saturday morning no...

“It was basic but clean, bed was comfortable was ideal for what we wanted”

“It was fine. Not very clear where to check in, and Seward to walk through a restaurant of people with luggage to check in. Staff was not overly friendly and seemed put out a bit. Then had to walk to other building to our room with luggage, in the rain.”

“A friendly welcome to the property. Although nowhere in the village to eat in the evening, we were recommended a restaurant 5 minute drive away in Corwen. Straightforward continental breakfast in the morning available. As the pub shut at 10pm, there was no late night noise so enjoyed a good night's sleep. A great base for exploring the area.”

“Highly recommended. Well-equipped room. Spotlessly clean. Only (very) minor drawback was the narrow staircase to the second floor. Staff members were super helpful - I only regret not sampling the Welsh traditional breakfast!! Hotel is in a great location with a short walk to in-town facilities (shops, restaurants & bars). And plenty of parking on the quiet access road in front of the hotel.”

“Fantastic property in a great location just a few minutes walk from the town. Sean was incredibly accommodating from the minute I arrived, providing me with books and information of snowdon routes ahead of my climb! Absolute 10/10 breakfast cooked by sean, again he was very accommodating providing me the option to have it earlier than the usual time so I could get up the mountain quicker. If I ever return I’ll be sure to stay here again, fantastic stay.”
