“Would recommend to anyone. Right next to public transport and The Westfields shopping plaza. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the 1 bedroom i booked was perfect for my 12 day stay with all the amenities I needed. Would give more stars if I could. Thanks to the Quest Penrith staff for making my stay a great one.”

“Worst hotel Ever!! For 250 Usd you would expect a pretty decent hotel! This was far from it. Doesnt even have a restaurant!! The staff was very unwilling to help out on anything. I have never complained about hotels, but for the Price i paid and being a mercure which is not bad honestly i expected a lot more and our stay was super poor. Glad we only stayed one night”

“Quiet, Comfort and calmness. Very modern and secure.”

“Staff went above and beyond with allowing myself & my partner to be able to check in after final check in time. I’ve always enjoyed every stay and have been a guest many times.”

“The room wasn't cleaned properly or topped up of amenities like tea and coffee. Parking always convenient, room was a little dirty in places. Still a great stay.”
