“Worst hotel Ever!! For 250 Usd you would expect a pretty decent hotel! This was far from it. Doesnt even have a restaurant!! The staff was very unwilling to help out on anything. I have never complained about hotels, but for the Price i paid and being a mercure which is not bad honestly i expected a lot more and our stay was super poor. Glad we only stayed one night”

“If this review site allowed me to rate it TERRIBLE, I would. Our experience was shocking. After circling the huge block several times to find somewhere to park the car (there is only one spot available for a quick drop off, nothing available for when you arrive) we were told there was only street or train station parking available! All a huge walk away (with luggage and nobody would dare leave their car at Penrith Station overnight!) I had to quickly jump out of the car on a pedestrian...
