“Free Wi-Fi. Helpful & friendly staff. Good breakfast & plenty of options. Very hot week. A fan was provided & we were able to open the window however, the locals drinking outside were quite noisy & stayed after midnight a few nights. Popular for camper and as well. Ate supper there one evening & it was nice. The room was as expected, although could benefit from a freshen up. Reasonable prices & great location to use as a base to enable you to visit many places.”

“Cannot fault cleanliness or willingness to help when things go wrong. (Eg my room became cold when the radiator turned out to have been turned off, the TV had some problems....) I would not recommend this as a place for tourists to stay unless you know the area well; no helpful leaftets around to guide you, staff too busy or not always there to answer questions. Excellent breakfast; only had one evening meal which would describe as typical pub fare. They 'upgraded' me to a room with a bath...
