It was warm in the room. The fans did help I would suggest 2 fans in the quad room.

It's a great hotel right inside the center London. I will come back again in future if I do things around center London.

The rooms were clean, staff were helpful. Overall great experience except the long walk to and from the room to the reception area which is the only exit to the building for guest.

The photos on the website are misleading — the rooms are much smaller than they appear, and there’s barely any space to store luggage. The location, however, is excellent. There are plenty of shops nearby, and the train station is only a block away. Housekeeping serviced the room daily, which was appreciated

I liked the kitchenette and the central location to major landmarks. The decor was a little too minimalist for me as there was not even the smallest table by the bed to set down my phone. The free laundry room was a nice bonus, but there was only one and 9am-9pm hours weren’t very convenient, so waiting was inevitable. Overall, the accommodation was adequate.

A really special place to stay. Staff were all amazing, very attentive in a non obtrusive way. Rooms are very comfortable and the decor across the hotel is eclectic and interesting. Having stayed in many London hotels I think we may have found our 'nest'. Highly recommended.
