“A lovely little find, perfectly located for a trip on The Broads, or sitting watching the boats and wildlife. Great sized rooms. Excellent choice of breakfast freshly cooked. Enjoyed a couple of evening meals on site. Staff go above a beyond and are icing on the cake at this lovely old hotel. ”

“We stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. ”

“It's the people (for me) that make a place. Don't get me wrong, the location, and Caistor Hall itself are both great, but the service we received made this an exceptional experience. We felt right at home, it's posh but without airs & graces, perfect. Michelle was just lovely, so friendly and helpful, knew the property, it's history, and spoke very highly of the owners (important that the leadership of a place like Caistor Hall is right). “Fantastic stay! The room was wonderful and thoughtfully catered for my dog. Often, pet-friendly rooms can feel a bit second-rate compared to others, but this was absolutely not the case. The room was spotless, cozy, and warm — complete with a dog bed, treats, bowls, and even poo bags, which was such a nice touch. “What a great find and place to stay overnight/eat. Very dog friendly in all areas. We were ALL made welcome. Will book again if I have to come to Sheringham to see family, or other areas. Room was described as cosy and it was but adequate for us, and quiet for a pub too…..”
