Despite the elevator/lift being down and us on the 4th floor… the rest was very quaint, nice and clean… plus a lot to do around every corner! We’ll stay again…

The room needed to be updated. However, it worked well for us. It was like an apartment, lots of room. The Staff were great. We had to get up at 3:30am to get to the airport. Our taxi didn't show up. So the front desk staff got us a cab fast so we didn't miss our flight. Overall a good place to stay to get around the city.

I was unable to check in on time when arrived in the hotel , for this reason I was forced to book for another hotel and paid more than four hundred US dollars at RUI plaza which I never checked in .

As described. Good fit for family of 6 with 4 children under 11. Easy walk to St Lawrence Market and financial district. Would return again.
