There was loud music blasting all night long and the bet was not very comfortable

Improve furniture- soo uncomfortable Get lamps with plugs beside the bed with a phone charger- very few plugs

It was a nice cozy room and they left us a cute note on the bed as well as a calendar I loved the stay it was comfy they only thing I was shocked by was how small the shower was😂

Great Downtown Honolulu location. Room had a great downtown views of the harbor + private bedroom and kitchen.

It’s a fairly noisy hotel to stay in. Whenever a door gets closed, you know it. At 1:00 am or 2:00 am, it’s pretty noticeable. That coupled with street noise and garbage pickup at 6 am, there was only a small window of silence. Even keeping the A/C on all night barely muffles all the sounds.

I have been staying at the Sheraton Waikīkī for years and have never been disappointed. This time was a bit different. I was very disappointed that both of your outdoor jacuzzi’s were not working properly. One had no jets that worked ( yes I turned it on) the other one had only one jet that worked. Very disappointed. Also, I don’t know who redid the bathrooms, but the shower head was on the wall facing the shower curtain, absolutely ridiculous, as the floor was covered in water every shower. I have always considered your property top notch but I must say not this visit. $52 a night to park is absurd and the resort fees along with every other little bit you can squeeze out of your guests has left me feeling unsatisfied and not sure if I’ll be choosing your property my next stay.
