Vacations Close To Montagne de Reims Regional Natural Park

The staff was very nice and helpful. The bathroom amenities were great. The shaver was definitely needed. The bath robe and slippers were a pleasant surprise. Nice coffee maker and refrigerator. Small elevator.

Although the rooms are small by American standards, they are nicely designed and comfortable. Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful.Breakfast is great with good selection of French cheeses, French pastries and a variety of teas. Great location with rue Saint Lazare and Boulevard des Martyrs giving you a genuine taste of French art de vivre with cafes, restaurants, bakeries and all sorts of shops.

The location was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for friendlier staff! Definitely plan to book again on our next visit!

The location was phenomenal but it is on a tiny one way street that is practically an alley. I thought the taxi made a mistake at first. Loved being able to walk around the corner and catch buses or metro to attractions. Michel at the desk during check in was super nice. The downside was our toilet seat was barely attached. I brought a washcloth for my face and it was picked up by housekeeping- not a big deal but I was disappointed. The hot water in the shower was great the first day but then became sporadic after that. I heard other guests in the lobby also complaining about the water. I couldn’t get my phone to cast to the TV so we were stuck with YouTube or French TV. It wasn’t bad but I would rather look around for a little better next time.

Clean and efficient with a helpful staff. The location was the best thing about this hotel. Line 1 & 7 for the metro are steps from the hotel and right behind the Louvre.
