Staff was very helpful and super friendly. Rooms were clean.

Grand old hotel in the heart of Seattle. Very nice public spaces and bar/restaurant space. Breakfast at Oliver’s was great, the service and food. We had a suite room which was very comfortable, clean and relatively spacious. During our stay we attended a concert at the Climate Pledge Arena. This hotel is just around the corner from the monorail station making transport to and from the concert very convenient. There are many restaurants and pubs in the area and Pike Place Market is an easy walk away. We were very happy with our stay.

The property is in desperate need of updating. The hallway carpets were shredded in spots. The breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal, cereal and yogurt and the area was dirty. Coffee was available but no cups were available. I had to go back into my room to get a cup. The person at the front desk was not rude but not friendly either. I have stayed at this property previously and it used to be very nice.

Friendly staff. Clean enough. The upkeep leaves something to be desired - a bit dingy and run down from any of the photos. I also was surprised at how loud it was (other rooms, street noise,ect) which they are likely aware of us the room had ear plugs.
