Vacations Close To Parque de Bombas

Our room was spotless and the AC kept things perfectly comfortable throughout our stay. The morning snack bar was a lovely touch, and the staff were incredibly helpful the whole time. Only small suggestion: maybe keep some heavy-duty bug spray on hand — we had an unexpected (and admittedly not the host’s fault!) spider encounter in the shower. Otherwise, a great stay and we’d happily come back!

Clean enough. Breakfast was great. Pills were clean and nice. Outdoor bar was wonderful. The “gameroom” was very dirty, outdated, and run down (old fall decor still up). Not a big deal but definitely not what the instagram video portrays.

This hotel is gorgeous and well maintained. Although, housekeeping missed to clean our room a few nights, it was easy to request a change of towels which they immediately addressed. However, walking into a nice clean room is always a good feeling after a long hot day in the sun. My ONLY concern were the towels. Towels were clean but lordly, they were rough to the skin. Towels should feel fluffy and soft when you're drying your skin especially after a sunburn when you need to feel that softness in your skin and not like a sandpaper while drying your skin. Overall, customer service, food, and facility were SUPERB! Employees are very friendly and courteous. Would consider going back if only they used some Downy or fabric softener in their towels :-) Loved it though!

So beautiful had a old san juan feel .Great food for breakfast. Cute little pool. Quit and clean. If you have a car parking is a little walk. The only thing was Air-conditioning was ok not the best. But we'll worth the stay the staff was so sweet and polite and welcoming.
