Vacations Close To Parks at Town Center

The younger guy at the front desk was fine didn’t have a single problem with him. The older guy on the other hand was EXTREMELY aggressive. When I asked for the wifi I was met with questions on how many people I had in the room i knew it couldn’t be noise I hadn’t even turned on the tv. I do travel with my service dog. When I went to air my SD I was met with hostility by the older gentleman and told I had to go to the office to pay for my pet. I tried to explain that I didn’t have a pet in my room he was my psychiatric service dog and that he alerted and responds to panic attacks. Was met with more hostility so I aired my SD and went back to my room. He barked once while I was sleeping and housekeeping came by. The location was good for the event I was attending but beyond that this isn’t a place I would recommend. It smells of mildew and it just overall gross was glad I brought my own blanket to wrap up in.

Funky, well-appointed amenities in a fabulous location!

Very clean room. Different building name. Its actually butler's brothers. That was confusing. But all in all it was a nice stay

I really enjoyed this hotel. It’s about 20 minutes outside of Dallas and is surrounded by a ton of stores and restaurants. It’s right off the highway, but you can’t hear the traffic. It was kind of cool watching the sunset and cars going past in the evening. Staff was very attentive and on point.

Es una muy buena relación entre calidad - precio, las habitaciones están limpias, cómodas, amplias y muy bien organizadas. El desayuno incluído es una de las Mejores Partes de la estadía puedo decir que es el mejor Desayuno Buffet en el que he estado. Recomiendo este Hotel para tu estancia en Dallas. Solo lo único que detecto es que el depósito se tardan en regresarlo.

Es un Hilton clase D, le ponen el cartel a un hotel de muy bajas prestaciones
