I did not learn about all that the Canyons offer before my stay. If you are planning on skiing at the Canyons, ask more about the ski services they offer right there at the hotel. I honestly did not realize that the lifts were literally right behind the hotel. The guys at the valet were amazing. So incredibly nice and helpful. They carried my skis, luggage directly to my room and when I left they brought them to my car and loaded them up for me. Outstanding service. I would definitely stay again. It was wonderful!!

The resort was nice, property was clean, condo was dated but still nice. I received a call from Preview Services for a time share presentation and dealt with Kaiden and Jarid. Was promised a $200 credit voucher to use for participating. My partner said he was not interested several times but they kept coming back in with a "better" deal, then the scam comes out. Kaiden kept telling Jarid, "I promise they said they were interested, Jarid!" All scripted of course, in order for us to leave upset and for them to not have to provided the voucher. We wasted two hours for nothing. This is the only reason why i would not give this property a better review. Beware of the scam and DO NOT accept the appointment for the presentation! Hope this helps others.

The scenery of the mountains in Park City is absolutely beautiful, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Despite a few issues, the experience was still really nice overall and felt like a great place to unwind. The food was excellent, and the milkshakes were absolutely delicious. One note for future guests: if you plan to order a milkshake, it’s better to enjoy it while dining in. The price is the same for to-go orders, but the portion you receive to go is almost half the size. Unfortunately, there were some notable downsides. The lighting above our bed kept turning off and on automatically, and when we tried to use the switch, we were electrocuted. We notified the front desk about this issue during checkout, as it was both alarming and uncomfortable. Another issue was the steam room in the adult pool area, which had a strong wet-dog smell and was unpleasant to use. Additionally, the arcade was disappointing, as several machines were not functioning properly. When swiping our card, money was deducted, but the machines wouldn’t work. We lost quite a bit of money, and other guests we spoke with experienced the same problem. Overall, while the views, food, and relaxing environment were highlights, we were disappointed with the quality of the room and some of the amenities, particularly due to safety and maintenance concerns.
