Excellent customer service, amazing staff!

We had a great stay at Level. I think it’s a really good option for a longer trip, especially if you want more of an apartment-style setup and a convenient location. The staff was amazing from start to finish and truly made the stay stand out. Everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming, and the service alone would make me come back. The location is also very convenient and worked well for getting around Chicago, especially if you don’t mind doing a bit of walking. For our family, I think it felt a little more geared toward professionals or longer stays than a traditional family hotel, but overall we had a very positive experience. If you’re staying in Chicago for more than a couple of nights and want something comfortable and convenient, I would definitely recommend it.

Room and view were great, but beware the $29 card they sell you at check-in to make sure you will actually use and benefit from it.

We generally stay here when we travel to Chicago by the quality of service has diminished lately. Additionally if your booking is through Expedia, everything gets complicated and not well treated.

We were only in town for about 18 hours. Staff was helpful from the time we booked (I had a question about renting a car locally on a holiday weekend and the concierge helped me with reservations) until they got us a cab when we checked out. Great location, offered a room with a view, helped out with suggestions of what to see in our limited time. Highly recommend!!

Everyone was super friendly, kept very clean, and super convenient location. We could walk pretty much everywhere! We were never able to time our outings with housekeeping, so we only had service once out of the three nights we were there, but each time the hotel would message us to see if we needed anything, so that was really nice.
