“スタッフさんたちはフレンドリーで、対応も早いです。初日にシャワーからお湯が出なかったのですが、すぐに対応してくれました。セーフティボックスが壊れていたのですが、フロントで貴重品を預かってくれました。テレビがつかなかったり、小さいゴキブリが出たり雨漏り？がしたりと、色々起こりましたが、リーズナブルなのでまぁこんなものかな、と。シャワーの水圧も弱いですが、雨で洗ってると思えば楽しいです(笑)フィリピンを感じられるホテルでした！”

“The hotel was outdated,our room specially is old and the bathroom is old ,facilities old,the flush is weak in the toilet.Location is ok ,it's in the city,but in the 6th floor seems haunted where we were assigned.its like nobody was there except us.Staff are okay breakfast is ok.”

“The property was in second floor with no lift. We have heavy suitcases. Luckily the staff can carry the two heavy suitcases. But we still have other suitcases to carry.”

“The staff were professional and efficient. The shower had hot water and was working reasonably well. The bed and pillows were comfortable.”
