Starting with the bellboy, everyone from the reception to the cleaning staff was very kind and friendly. Of course, the location is convenient. I think even those without children would be very satisfied! Also, the bath looks bigger than it appears, and I definitely recommend it.

We’ve stayed at Aruga nine times over the past 10 years, and we’ve never been disappointed. The staff are always incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating, and they consistently make us feel at home. There’s a reason we keep coming back year after year. Aruga has truly become our home away from home whenever we’re in Manila. Highly recommended!
