Room had a smell of smoke when you enter and the snack bar had items missing and there was a lid missing from a container. It was hard to get in and out of the parking garage.

Be aware that they will go in for the hard sell for you to purchase a timeshare. We got several calls and had to check in to 2 different desks for a pitch. Additionally the room was filthy and the kids pool was gross. The water features had calcium all over them, the pool itself was dirty ( old straws, hair, and trash) and the water was foggy. They charge 90 per day if you want the rook cleaned. If you want to speak with the front desk they make you text a number ( which obviously is being run by people outside of the US). Do not waste your money here
