Vacations Close To Falcon Ridge Golf Course

I loved the property, by far the best bed I've ever slept on!!

We traveled family with kids. It is huge hotel with casino inside, we didn't like that people were able to smoke at the casino and you have to go through casino in order for you to go to any restaurant, pool and anywhere else in casino, big problem smelled so bad that my kids couldn't breath well. Also when we try to check in, the line was long, and because check in is next to casino, it was unbearable to stay long on that line because of smoke and loud music. Second disadvantage this big hotel traveling with kids that if you travel during the week, the pool closes at 7pm which is inconvenient for parent with kids. pool only open late on Fridays and Saturdays. Third disadvantage of this hotel is no microwave in any hotel rooms, our room refrigerator didn't work and I had to call maintenance to check the refrigerator, our TV wasn't working on next day and then it worked all of the sudden. Rio hotel in Vegas also has very rude managers because when my husband got lost and there was no sign not to walk in their storage room place and my husband by accident thought it was back door to outside, the workers and manager was running after him like a criminal and my husband felt threatened by manager of that night. The staff that night when we checked in was rude and was not clear where to park the vehicle and after midnight there wasn't any cart or helpers to help us to get our luggages upstairs to 5th floor. we had to carry all our luggages upstairs and hotel couldn't accommodate it

Rooms were dirty. House keeping did not take trash out the whole time we were there. Did not replace the towels or shampoo. Room did not smell clean after house keeping let. Not enough cocktail waitress. Took over an hour to get a drink in the casino and 45 minutes to get it back. Pool bartenders were awesome. Friendly and fast. Papi Steak was fantastic. Would not go back.
