Vacations Close To Palm Bay Hospital

This was an excellent stay better than anticipated. Check in process was smooth and the help was much appreciated and beyond expectations. We had a gorgeous room with an outstanding view. For the price of a one bedroom hotel, we got an entire condo that was beautiful. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of room for everything. 10/10 planning another stay

The floor was gross, very sticky ,the tub was discusting , Expedia you should be ashamed for rating this hoter 3 Star. The A/C WAS STUCK ON HIGH, WE WOKE UP FREEZING AROUND 2:00 AM ,nobody answered the phone I had to take out the thermistate myself. Then when they answed in the morning the took over an hour to come fix. the consol between the beds had no power,so no clock or outlets. The bathroom door almost caused my wife to fall over as it james when halway open.

The reason I am giving a bad review is due to the ev car chargers being broken. The few that worked were taken and never available for use. It is the only reason I chose to stay at this place. Management didnt seem to care. I will never stay there again.

I booked this hotel about a month in advance. You charged my credit card immediately so I assumed we were all set …..BUT…..When we arrived they told us we were being transferred to another hotel. Mind you we traveled 7 hours with my 1 1/2 year old grandchild , arrived at 7:30 to find out we had no room. I am 65 was exhausted along with my family especially the little one so loading back into a car was not easy. Also a few days before our check in I received a message that said we are preparing you room . And I responded we are looking forward to our stay as I felt this was just the place I had been looking for. Now I feel I would discourage anyone from staying here !!!!! Very disappointed customer
