Took 25 minutes for check in. Thought they provide a bus to Sea world, but it is not. Bathroom has no fan, it is smelly. Otherwise everything OK.

The rooms are clean. The building was nice. It was however in our stay from Wednesday night to Sunday morning we had to get moved. We had four different rooms in that time. Because in each room, there was an issue with the AC system not working properly and they kept telling us that nobody else is complaining. We’re the only ones and things like that. Come to find out 1516 other people were complaining at the same time we were. They did Compass a night and then resort fees however I was told they were gonna refund all of the resort fees, but yet whenever I got the bill it showed that they only refunded two of the resort fees when I questioned them about it they said that they would look into it. Mini golf was free and it was included in part of it. You know we use the different pools and they’re not heated at all, but really it was the AC issue and then one room we got into the toilet was dirty. The AC was set to 74 by the housekeeping supposedly, and the mini fridge was froze over and had to be replaced.
