Vacations Close To Palazzo Pretorio

The property was fairly close to the main city of Florence with a bus stop just blocks away. The room was a bit small and down a hall next to the front desk but it alright. Air conditioned struggled a bit and deck upstairs was a bit run down. Staff was very nice.

Had a wonderful stay overall—the room was clean and the staff was very friendly. However, I paid extra for breakfast and found a hair in my food on my last day. I was too grossed out to finish it. I informed both the server and the front desk when I was checking out. While the staff was very polite and apologetic, I wasn't offered a refund for the meal package. Giving 4 stars because the rest of the stay was perfect, but food hygiene and customer recovery need improvement

Lovely boutique hotel, in a quiet area of Florence. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was how thin the walls are, you can hear almost everything from neighbouring rooms. They kindly offered earplugs, but I think this is important for future guests to know in advance so they can decide if it suits their needs.

Lovely hotel, room was comfortable with all amenities you could need. The spa was very nice and a little getaway inside Florence. We were able to book the Spa and have it for ourselves even in the middle of summer. Breakfast and pool are great. We opted to use the bikes they provide to get to town, the hotel is right on a bike path and it is a straight shot to get to the city center. Great location but still far enough that it is quiet, and we had wonderful little sunset bike rides into town by the river. Highly recommend the staff are wonderful.
