Great clean modern facilities in central location of Madrid. Only negatives were the slow elevator, non-functional communal kitchen appliances, and they charge guests for holding their luggage even if only for an hour.

The pool area needs upgrades. Hotel needs to find a mechanism when the winds are a little strong there is shade provided that can withstand winds without having to shut off umbrellas/shade all together. Stayed for 9 days and every day the umbrellas were closed. Too hot to stay this way by the pool

Beautiful

The hotel is okay, our shower was bad, it had mold all over, it was not clean, even when i ask them to clean it, mold remain on everything, we had to put a towel on the shower floor for us to step on it as we shower but the shower head was also very bad that showering felt more nasty than getting clean. Also, The water either comes out extremely hot or extremely cold, it doesn't work properly, we tried to get it to a correct temp didn't work. The location is 50/50 about 28 min walk to centro madrid. Breakfast was good but staying more than one night, it can get old fast as they dont do much of a variety. I do not think this hotel should be 4 stars it should be 2 stars. If we ever go back to madrid I will not stay here. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything everything. Also be prepared to never watch TV English or anything they do not have any options for anything they expect for you to either use your phone to play a English show or nothing at all. Just go to a different hotel when your in nadrid.

Ideal hotel, we stay every time we fly from Madrid, Only 5 mins from airport,plenty of eating places around but hotel also has a nice restaurant and bar.

This hotel was very clean, looks like there were recently renovations in the building, it was close to the place I went to, the personal was very friendly and helpful. One of The restaurant staff wasn’t very nice to us, but in general it was a nice, clean and friendly place.
