A great hotel to stay in to explore Madrid as it’s just on the outskirts of the centre and only took 10 mins in a taxi to get there. A relaxing hotel with a great pool. Staff were pleasant with some staff looked miserable and as though they didn’t want to be there.

I am writing to formally log a complaint regarding my recent 10-day stay at your property.
When I booked the room, I selected the option for one king bed and two twin beds. However, upon arrival, we were given two small beds pushed together instead. This was highly disappointing. I spoke with two separate staff members about this issue, but received no assistance, which is unacceptable given that we were charged the full amount.
Additionally, the bathroom was not very clean and was not properly functioning. The room overall was not up to standard.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and the level of service provided. Furthermore, the room did not match the advertisement on Expedia, which showed a completely different setup from what we received.
I expect a response regarding how this situation will be addressed and compensated.
