Was a great place to stay. Little disappointed when it listed there was a hot tub but learned it has been closed for awhile. Which there was a way that can be updated when you reserve on line. Only negative thing to say.

Impressive attention to detail

The hotel was clean and service was very friendly. I left a note to make sure the rooms fridge was cold when I got there because I have insulin to store while on my trips. I have been leaving that note for years and this was the first hotel to confirm to me they say the note and took care of it, it was very impressive. Breakfast was not free, it was like 11 or 15 dollars.

The hotel had no water in the morning while I tried taking a shower to get ready for the day. It would have been nice to be notified when checking in that water would be turned off in the morning. Might have rearranged my showering routine or chosen another hotel

Was not clean in the common areas and the hot tub had clearly been broken for some time. The pool door was broken and one elevator. The heater was on inside instead of AC in a heat wave. Dirty dishes outside piled up. They didn’t have the correct room available for the 4 of us so we had to use air beds
